The Picasso Sweet 16 Flashback Umbrella Rig was designed to have the ultimate draw. The Sweet 16 has a 16 blade combination that mirrors the flash and vibration of a school of shad or herring and also allows the rig to stay down in the strike zone without lifting up. The outter arms each has three #1 and one #3 willow blades with the middle arm being slightly longer than the others to mimic a straggling baitfish. The Sweet 16 Rig is constructed with .040 guage super strong brown wire, giving this rig the best of both low visibility and high strength. The head is made up of a lightweight, high-impact plastic with an embedded heavy duty 75 lb nose swivel to prevent line twists and keep fish from leveraging the rig once hooked up.
